Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Divide into 2 airtight containers or jars and refrigerate for minimum 2 hours or overnight.
- Remove from fridge,
- Serve in a glass or bowl and top with the mango bites and granola.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 bag of crunchy mango bites
